Meeting Planning Plus, a
full-service meeting and event planning company since 1987, moved its
operations to Las Vegas in 1995. We provide destination management
services for our clients in addition to meeting, audio visual, trade show,
and event planning. Our clients include Fortune 500 corporations, national,
regional, and international associations and incentive companies. We are
well versed in the Las Vegas area and the many unique facets it has to
offer. Our multi-functional experience has given us a thorough understanding
of what happens on “both sides of the screen,” a valuable asset to our
clients’ programs.
Owner Maria Privitera
has been a planner and producer for over twenty years, professionally
managing each program with creativity, organization, and attention to
detail. Matching programs to clients’ styles and budgets is key to her
operating philosophy. Maria has managed program budgets in excess of $1
million.

Jim Racey assists as meeting generalist and entertainment specialist.
With years of experience in the entertainment industry, Jim has the keen
ability to select top-notch entertainment to suit each clients’ needs and
budget. With his exceptional people-skills, he also functions as lead tour
guide.

Planning Plus. Her wide-ranging experience and professional demeanor enhance
